Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Each order is prepared with care, and we appreciate your patience.

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100

  • Orders under $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

U.S. Shipping Only

At this time, we ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your confirmation.

Herbal, Wellness & Consumable Products

Due to the nature of our products—including herbal teas, body care, oils, and wellness items—all sales are considered final once shipped. We encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully and ensure their shipping information is accurate before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Dr. Lou’s Organic Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances are outside of our control.

If a package appears delayed or missing, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also reach out to us for assistance.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be reshipped.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our herbal, wellness, and personal care products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review and address the issue.
