At Dr. Lou's Organic Skincare, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected botanical ingredients. We take pride in preparing each order with intention and care, ensuring it arrives ready to become part of your botanical self-care ritual.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
During product launches, seasonal promotions, holidays, or periods of increased order volume, processing times may be slightly extend. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare each handcrafted order.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
- Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $100 or more
- Orders under $100 will have shipping costs automatically calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Shipping Locations
At this time, Dr. Lou's Organic Skincare ships within the United States only.
We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipment confirmation has been sent.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please verify your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
Dr. Lou's Organic Skincare is not responsible for delays or returned packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply before the order can be reshipped.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
While we are always happy to assist our customers, Dr. Lou's Organic Skincare is not responsible for packages that are:
- Marked as delivered by the carrier
- Lost or stolen after delivery
- Delayed due to weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier-related issues
If your package appears delayed or missing, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier first using your tracking number. If additional assistance is needed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Your satisfaction is important to us.
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at lousorganic@gmail.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping box and packaging
We'll review your request promptly and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
Returns & Refunds
For health and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, personal care, and wellness products cannot be returned.
Eligible unopened products may qualify for a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
