Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not entered production or been prepared for shipment.

After Processing
Because every order is carefully prepared and packaged by hand, once an order has entered processing or has shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Sale Events
Orders placed during promotional events, limited-time sales, or seasonal launches (including Freedom to Glow Week) are processed as quickly as possible. Once processing begins, these orders cannot be canceled.
